Yeah, I had the flashlight with the tube on the end. It was around 77'-78'. It was a black flashlight with a yellow switch and the part that unscrewed to insert the batteries was yellow. The tube was white. I think it lasted for about 2 weeks lol
I remember the second gen lightsabers. It was entirely one piece and when you swung it around it made a "swooshing" sound. I didn't buy one because I thought I was too old for a "kids" toy. Now,look at me, I'm a grown man and I have three Force FX lightsabers lol

A stick! I had a very nice piece of driftwood that I found on the coast, smooth as polished wood, and the perfect length for a walking stick, with a knurled head that, if you squinted, looked like a snake. I eventually made a wrapped handle for it out of green felt twine.
My first 'real' sabre is a Vader ESB, which I may be upgrading with a Luxeon light kit soon.
