What would you want changed from KOTOR I/II and see in KOTOR III?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm tired of starting the game out without clothes or a lightsaber! You should be able to start around Level 15, pick light/dark, get your force powers, start with at least Jedi/Sith robes, and a lightsaber. Just make the encounters a bit tougher, and no problemo!
Oh, and can we get rid of everyone you come across in your party as force sensitive? It kinda cheapens the whole experience of being a Jedi/Sith when you have two other Jedi with you when you're out exploring, able to kill everything in sight.

I like the idea the other KotOR have had with the turret controls, what would really be cool is intead of shooting down fighters with a turret is to be able to take a fighter out and have a dog fight. That would rock.

Random, I agree with you on the starting point. I hate having to be "reborn" and relearn powers and how to weild a saber.
I like how in Kotor2 that you could turn the members of you party to become a Jedi or Sith. That was a nice touch over Kotor1.
What I am hoping for from Kotor3 is they spend enough time developing the story and not skip out on it. I hope that they keep the moding ability of the equipment as from Kotor2.
I would Love to have the ability to play as different races and pursue other Prestige Classes. And I do not want a level cap. I want the ability to continue on after the "main" story has ended.

No, what I would rather to have is: Being able to upload your character and all your items from the previous game, to the new one. Kinda make the new one a continuation. Ofcoarse the game would have to be harder from the start. But, your already strong and ready to kick ass. So no problem.

exactlly my thought Sindri pass on what you have learned like yoda said lol well yea i hate all that learning stuff too! maybe they should make Kotor3 for advanced players that have beat the first 2 because really not everyone is thier first time playing it and starting nude and with a vibroblade isnt much fun you should start in the middle of a battle and thier choose sith or jedi

I'd love for it to be at least 5 times longer than the other two.

[glow=red,2,300]i think they should change alot. how about when you pick dialog, they actually talk! And you shouldnt have to load so many times throughout the game and you should be able to pick if your party members be a Jedi, sith, bounty hunter, etc. you should be able to pick what you want to be. and you should be able to have more freedom, like more levels, more space in the levels, and be able to jump and if you press a button, it does a certain move like on the xbox, you press A, critical attack, B, flurry, Y, jumps, etc. it would definitely improve the game and more ppl would buy it! the other ones are awesome though to!

Starting as a Padawan at the Jedi Academy would be awesome. You train there, then build your lightsaber straight after. Then you go on missions with your master untill you're ready for the trials.

Maybe doing an Oblivion style would be better as well. You have the main quests and some sub quests outside of the story arc. And maybe an online feature so you can work with a friend or take padawans etc.
Also, A selection of different moves so that you can pick and create your own style like in Dynasty Warriors ;D

I was hoping instead of being two classes (KOTOR for me: soldier & Guardian. KOTOR II for me: Guardian & Weapon Master) you can be three; like for example I can be a soldier, then train to be a Jedi Guardian & when I reach the Master level I can become a Weapon Master. Also they should have the feats, skills, & everything just like KOTOR II but they should make the whole gameplay much harder even on the easy level. In KOTOR, I could barely survive in the final levels, even though I set it on the easiest level. They should make KOTOR III harder even on the easiest level. Also I was thinking they should have more custom character abilities (hair, skin, everything) so that you don't have to pick a head; you can have your own face in it. Also your character can be like a random merc from the Jedi Civil War or a merc from the events of KOTOR II that trains him/herself to be a Jedi. Also you should be actually be told you have become part of the Jedi or Sith Order (like they say "welcome to the Jedi Order" or "welcome to the Sith Order"). I didn't like when in KOTOR II you say you're a Jedi even though you're just an exile.

I wish that you can actually customize your own hilt for KOTOR III. For II, you can have a lot of upgrade customization possibilities. For III we keep the same customization possibilities from II but have the hilts the way we want them, so we don't have to keep making mods. Also: the lightsabers (ordinary) can have the same unchanged damage & everything from the last two games. Your character's lightsaber (not upgraded) should have a special damage/attack & other attribute bonus points (not a lot but just a little & depending on your classes & alignment). Also the 'pet crystal' from II should stay for III.

I have a list of things I'd like to see changed. Here they are: 1: That you start out as a Jedi Apprentice, and not some soldier or some non-Force Sensitive character. You could start out as a Jedi Apprentice on Coruscant, choose what type of lightsaber you want, and what lightsaber color you want as long as it's a Jedi color (blue, green, yellow, purple, orange, or silver just cuz that color is awesome, lol). You should aslo be allowed to choose at least two or three Force Powers to start with, regardless of wether they're light, dark, or neutral. 2: You should be allowed to be any species you want, not just a human. I like the way they had it set up in Jedi Academy, where you could choose from a set of species. In KOTOR III, the species you can choose from should be the species from JA, and each species should be available for each gender. Personally, I'd love to play as a Zabrak or a Kel Dor in KOTOR, that would be awesome. 3: The turn-based system NEEDS to be done away with, I absolutely hate it. All I really need to do is press a single key to attack, and it is extremely boring. All I have to do is sit there and not think. I want a game that makes me think! This would be difficult to do with the computer, but it would be possible. It would definitely work on game consoles, which is my next point. Anywho, instead of the turn-based system, it should be set up something like it was in the Force Unleashed and other games like it in terms of fighting. You should be allowed to get combos, in addition to your skills and attributes, instead of the usual feats. These combos would still count as feats in a way, but it would be totally different from the turn-based system. I don't know how to describe what I'm trying to tell you, but I'm sure you get what I mean. 4: They should put it out not only for X Box and PC, but also for systems like the PS3. This point speaks for itself. 5: I totally agree with Derek's idea about the lightsabers. We should be allowed to customize them however we want in terms of their appearance. When you make the lightsaber, you should be allowed to select from different grips, emmitter matrix's, pommels, and emmitters so you can mix and match them for a cusomized lightsaber. I think you should also be allowed to give the saber a name, as stupid as it may sound, lol. I also think you should be allowed to choose the blade length, and how bright the blade should be. One last thing I would like to mention about the sabers is that I think you should be allowed to choose from the different hilt types: curved-hilt, straight hilt, curved-double hilt, and dual hilt. 6: I think that in the beginning, you should be allowed to choose which lightsaber combat styles you learn. You should be restricted to a certain number of styles depending upon your class, since certain classes focus on different things. For Jedi Guardians, you should be allowed to practice four; for Jedi Sentinels, you should be allowed to practice three; and for Jedi Consulars, you should be allowed to practice two. 7: Customizable robes are a must. You should be allowed to create your own robes and tunic, and decide on their color and other things of that nature. I would really love that. ;D 8: The game needs Force Jump, and not the Jedi Guardian Force Jump, I mean a Force-leap Force Jump. With that in mind, the game would be styled somewhat like Jedi Academy or the Force Unleashed. It would be a major change, but the story line is what matters. 9: It needs to be way longer than the first two. I will post my idea for the story later. In fact, I've been considering writing up a fan fiction for KOTOR 3, but we'll see. That's just about it for now. Chances are I'll add on as I think of it, lol.
