I'm currently a customer of Saberforge.com and I'm having quite a bad experience with their customer service. I've emailed them 4 times over the past week in an effort to get an update on my order and all 4 seem to have gone on deaf ears (or blind eyes?). They provided fast replies up until the point-of-sale and now there is no response. It's a shame because I have purchased 3 sabers and one was a birthday present.
UPDATE:
I've since been contacted by saberforge and they had an acceptable reason for delay (family emergency). As a customer purchasing from a small business I am happy to accept this reason. I will endeavour to upload some photo's and a review of the sabers.

I just got my sabers from SaberForge and they are ok. Two are good and one has just ok machining.
