Hi, my name is Chris, I go by Sol Nexus. I've been a fan of SW for a long time now, though its been more of a I love the movies type of thing. But recently I played KOTOR 1 & 2 and I had to watch all the movies over again. Then I started into the Jedi Knight games and I started to make lightsaber hilts of my own, though I have only finished one. I can't even get into any of my other games because how can I play a game that doesn't have a saber in it. Now I've started KOTOR 1 over again and will continue until KOTOR 3 comes out. Welcome to the Forum. Joebiwan

Hey Guys, I've already posted a few times and then realized I should have done this first, so here we go. My name is Rod, I'm from Texas, I currently own 5 FX Sabers, Episode II Mace(which I took apart and made into a hilt, Episode III Mace, Anakin Episode III, Luke Episode VI, and Vader Episode III. I have been collecting Star Wars stuff since as long as I can remember, I also enjoy costuming, I have been working on a Mace Windu outfit, as you can see. We are also working on building armor, so if anyone has suggestions please let me know. Welcome to the Board. Joebiwan

I have been a SW fan since I first saw the first trailer for the origanal SW eposide IV. that was 1977 & I was 8 years old. I have seen every SW eposide in a Theater on it's first day I am proud to say. That movie changed all movies. Crazy How far Sci Fi movies came to be beacuse of SW!!!! WOW!!! can you say that backwards? WOW!!! I TV series would be cool. I don't think I ca ever get tired of a SW story. ANy how I DJ in night Clubs & on occasion I will play some saber dual scences in the club on the big screen. I also love to play the moby mix of the SW main theme!!!! I'll never get tired of SW! I can waych it over & over again!!! & too all the true fans of SW! Don't ever listen to thise stupid critics, remember what they said about the first one in 77'. Man where they wrong & I bet they feel stupid & hopefully they are pupming gas somewhere instead of doing movie write ups!!!!

Hi, my name is Ed (Hi, Ed!).
I've been addicted to Star Wars ever since I was 5 years old. I remember watching ANH that my dad taped off of HBO on his now ancient VCR (remember the ones with the big, colored buttons? Yeah, thats the one!).
I have a lot of the original toys, most with missing pieces. I'd love to display what I do have, but right now, I just don't have the room.
Sol Nexus (how the heck did you come up with that??? KOTOR randomized name, huh?) is my best friend, and he's the one that had me come over to this board.
Thanks!

Ed was my best friend before he turned evil and was seduced by the Dark Side of the Force. He ceased to be my friend Ed and BECAME Darth Random(1156 - which is still lame). When that happened, the good man who was my friend was destroyed.
There IS still good in him. I've felt it.

yo. My name is Jakobsen. Jake for short. I have been a fan ever since i saw episode one a few years back. Then i thought the new trilogy was awsome and i hated the original because the effects were not AS good as the new trilogy. Now at the age of 15 I own the origanal trilaogy boxset and am looking foword to the unedited ones soon to come out. I am currently an effects artist. And I pride myself in one effect in particulor. Lightsabers. that is what drew me to this forum. The contest going on right now. Soon i will have my site up so u can see some of my other stuff, but untill then i just a few words for you.
"May the force be with you." P.S i know i am cheesy and i try to hold it back, but sometimes ....

Hi, I'm 'DarthSte333' and I'm a hopeless Star Wars fanatic ! (Sounds like I'm introducing myself at an AA meeting or something!).
What can I say? Well, I've been an enormous fan since going to see Star Wars (or Episode IV A New Hope in todays parlance), upon its original release here in England. I grew up with the original trilogy, collected the figures and vehicles, plastered my bedroom walls with any Star Wars-related pictures I could find.
I recently went onto starwars.com and took stock of how many star wars items I have using the collectors page, (I can't remember the correct name for it, but I'm sure you know what I mean...), and totally shocked myself when I found I had 6 pages of figures, vehicles, books, DVDs, videos and collectables. I think I must be addicted...!
Talking of which, I've recently become the owner of 2 Force FX sabers, the Vader ESB, and the Luke ROTJ, love them both and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They really are superb, and definitely something I'd been dreaming of owning for about 29 years or so!
The problem is that I now want them all, and being a (supposedly) mature 33 year old, I am finding it increasingly difficult to justify buying more to my long-suffering fiancee!
It would be nice to win the Anakin Saber as that would be my next choice in buying a saber, (followed by the Mace and the double blade Maul). To be fair, if I ended up winning the Vader, I'd probably give it to someone with no sabers on here - after all it'd be a bit mean to have two Vaders when there must be some guys on here with no sabers whatsoever! (So keep your eyes open if I'm lucky enough to win it ! LOL).
This intro is turning into a monologue now, and if I'm beginning to bore myself to death, you guys must really be losing the will to live, so I'll sign off for now!
Cheers,
Steve

Hello ! My name is Scott and I am the webmaster at KingofSwords.com Ive been collecting Star Wars FX sabers since they were first released and have EVERY ONE OF THEM! ( No I'm not interested in Selling ). Back when we first started selling these FX sabers we could not keep them in stock. Now they are selling direct off MR and even TV. We were the first internet site to actually make an FX Force Saber video and play it on our site. We had a four saber battle in our office. It was awesome. Master Replicas loved it. Now I see our skills have been FAR surpassed. I will post the link to our original FX video as soon as I locate it on our server.I have an entire room devoted to my Star Wars collectibles. Forever a Jedi finatic! Scott "One of the King's Men" King of Swords www.kingofswords.com
