I have always seen them on the shelves at WalMart, and thought they were particularly lame. I don't like this cross-reference toy crap. This, the M+Ms stuff, it just bothers me. I really am not fond of the whole "UNLEASHED" stuff, either. What ever happened to good ol' action figures, vehicles, and playsets?

Eh, I'm not a big fan. They look somewhat cheesy

They look ok from the press pictures. I was at Zellers and these things are melting the shelves. And this is from a canadian town where the Padme figures were flying off the shelves. They just dont look that good when you see them at the store .

Glad someone likes them. Personally, I dont like Transformers; and, i finally found out why Hasbro went ahead with the line, 20 years later. So, now that there's a TF movie on the horizon, it at least makes sense.
But, on the otherhand, the appeal does seem to be with the vehicle side of things. In which case, some of them are cool. If any tho, I'd probably get the Maul one.
And, at least they're not those motorcycles. Sheesh. Whats up with those things??

I have a few of them myself, and I'd like to finish my collection.
I don't collect many toys, mostly comics, but I do have a few Transformers and I'd like to have all of the Die Casts (about 25 I believe o___o). I have the Imperial set which features Titanium Die Cast models of the Death Star, AT-AT, Star Destroyer, Imperial Shutter (Lambda-class I believe), and the TIE Advanced x1 (Darth Vader's TIE)
Individually, I have a Trade Federation AAT Ship, Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator, and the Slave I. I missed out on the Rebel set a while ago but I started collecting now having seen the clearence prices at Wal*Mart. Thank God for low prices everyday xD

I don't like them...it just makes me think of the old Saturday Night Live joke where Dan Akyroyd says "It's a shaving cream and a dessert topping"...just because two things are popular doesn't mean they're twice as good when put together...because usually then end up sucking and being half as good as they would be apart..

I understand the Transformers movie is offtopic, but still, its not like there isn't a connection.
