Oldies, but goodies? I still love Super Empire Strikes Back and Super Return of the Jedi for the SNES. I still play them every now and then for nostalgic reasons. As for the Star Wars for NES, I have it but I hate it. That game sucks big time! Personally, I would rather play Princess Tomato in The Salad Kingdom on NES than Star Wars. That game was way too hard.

I just downloaded the demo for 'Jedi Knight II - Jedi outcast'. It's fairly old, around 4 - 6 years. I used to have the full version but my friend 'borrowed' it. I can't stop playing that game!! With the gore cheat, lightsabers cut thru people like butter! LOVE IT! ;D And I got a game for $10 for N64 which i remember loving. 'Starwars: Shadows of the Empire'. Haven't gotten around to playing that yet One game I would LOVE to play is that old star wars game for atari, first star wars game out. Just found a video of it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqiNyCB9qCoYou just know it's going to be a good game with 8-bit sound laff -Tim I've got a Demo of Jedi Outcast too. It's cool. I still play it too. Shadows of the Empire's soundtrack is so good I bought the Cd of the soundtrack. the game itself makes me dizzy and gives me seizures. LOL!

LOL, Shadows of the Empire is a Great Game. Yeah it is but I suck so much at working the N64 controller that the 360 view just makes me dizzy.

I loved Jedi Knight II possibly the best game to come out of the late 90s. I remember the falling ship level and the fuel station level good stuff. Unfortunately JK II's music no longer runs when I play the game Still a classic. I'm also sad because I can't even get X-wing vs TIE fighter to run anymore. At least I have the fond memories of raiding Imperial convoys and helping to destroy a Mon Cal...

It is a floppy diskette. Before the days of CDs and DVDs for computers. Even before the 3 and a quarters floppy disks. I correct myself it was 5 and a half inch floppies.

Yesterday, my mom got a bunch of 1997 Star Wars PC games at a garage sale. They included the TIE Fighter & X-Wing games, Dark Forces II (with Kyle Katarn & Jerec), & some other games. What are the games that you still like after all these years? I'll have to say star wars: masters of teskia, I forgot how it was spelled. The 1 on 1 fighting game that was for the playstation back in the day. I would have to say that that one is my fav from back in the day, because it was the first ever star wars game I had ever played.

I love the Rogue Squadron games. I had the first one for N64 but sold it ages ago once I beat it completely and it lost it's luster. I recently bought RSII for GC and absolutely love it. I love how Denis Lawson voices Wedge through the game. Hearing the classic lines from the Battle of Endor and Hoth while being in the middle of it all is simply awesome ;D I need to re purchase the first one and get the third one. I also need to get some of the Jedi Academy games for the PC, and Empire at war. I have a long list of stuff to buy

i remember when we got our first computer and it came with a copy of Dark Forces. For the first couple of years we had it, we could never get the sound to work, so we'd play it w/o sound effects. it was interesting to figure out what mon mothma was saying before the tak base mission.
another oldie is rebellion . . . i spend ages on it even though it was micro managing and not a good enough game to pull you in.
has anyone played force commander? i liked the storyline and the music mixes rocked . . . i searched around and found the mp3s for my ipod.
