When the camera zooms in on Vader's face when he's on Mustafar, and you see his yellow eyes...

The scene in which all the Jedi are dying always makes me feel a little sad. Anakin's move to the Dark Side is quite powerful also, particularly slaying all the younglings.

I liked the scene when Ani and Padme were talking right before Ani and Obi Wan fought.. so sad.. so heartbreaking... It moved me. *tear*

Choose JUST one? ;D Crap. Ummm.... Really even though I like Jedi Duels I really am stuck between two scenes: 1. When you see darth vader rising. Man, I think I goose bumps when I watched that! Although after the silly yell it went away. 2. When all the jedi were being killed, man I felt so sad, and if my heart hadn't sunk enough when Anakin walked in with the younglings and the kid asked him the question and well, you know. Man my heart fell out!  LOL |

I think most people will agree with me when I say the battle between Anakin and Obi-Wan on Mustafar. The best part of that duel is when they both use the Force at the same time.
Yoda vs. Palpatine was good too, but there wasn't as much lightsaber fighting as the other one.

The fight scene with General Kenobi and Darth Vader is my favorite. This scene showcases Vader before the suit.

My favorite scene is the Obi-wan v.s Anakin and Sidious v.s Yoda. But out of those two it has to be Obi-wan v.s Anakin. The choreography and effects are breath taking.

Of course the fight between Obi-Wan and Anakin. Best lightsaber fight in the series! I also like the part where Anakin is all evil and killing everyone and he turns around and you see his evil eyes lol.

Think I have to agree with strega13 on this one, the 'order 66' scene really brought home the rise of the empire and marked the end of a more honorable age.
As strega said, a very poignant scene, and importantly, not drawn out too much. Very sad indeed, but top film-making.

Of course I like the final duel between Anakin and Obi, but I also love the scene where Anakin first arrives at the Jedi temple, with the clones walking behind him...that is such a real dramatic scene, not to mention, I love the music, but my favourite scene is when Luke and Leia were born...i cried like a baby when Padme named them.
