I don't recall actually seeing Anakin/Darth Vader kill any Jedi (though we all know he virtually slaughtered them all). I know there is the scene where he lights up his saber as he kills the younglings but other than the proof everyone had of him Killing them, did Anakin visually kill any Jedi during the movie?

At the end she didn't even die right ? That's why she was in Force Unleashed.

Actually the Grevious scene was in the first early cut of the picture, along with the big Jedi escape. Then they scrapped that part of the movie and shot young Vader killing her in the meditation chamber on his way to the circuit room, where he encounters Cin Drallig the 2nd cut. (Which was also deleted) The thinking behind the Jedi Temple death scene is not that he is sneaking up on her, but that she has gone to the anti-chamber to heavily meditate on the Force for anwsers before she dies. As there is nothing she can do to stop it. She knows that she can not possibly stand up against the power of Skywalker and thousands of troopers. That it will not make a difference, one way or the other. She is waiting to die. It is supose to be a very somber and even sad scene. This is all from the Making of StarWars III Hardcover and the novel, combined with the great comic adaptation. Then . . . . . they decided since she did'nt die in the movie, that they would put her in the mega popular Force Unleashed video game. So like it or not, there you go.
