This is a tricky one, Quigon is clearly a very wise Jedi. He is the first to become one with the Force(well at least in the original.)
I still think Obi wan has to be recognized for how he becomes on with the Force during the fight. The smile on Obi-wan's face says it all. He had learn much while in exile, And show Vader first hand robbing Vader of his revenge.
The Yoda must also be recognized for dieing of old age, Most who live by the sword die by it, Or Lightsaber heheheheh. Yoda was 900 years old, And the grandmaster for quite some time.
I think I am going to vote for Obi-wan, Even though he failed to teach Anakin.

here are the words of yoda to a student who complained about his training saber. " When 900 years old you be, get big toy you will"

I have to go with anakin because he got things done before he turned to the darkside.

No great speach.
I was just being random at LAjedi's first get together (It wasn't even a class yet) and I quoted "Anakin, my allegiance is the the Republic. TO DEMOCRACY" on point that if I would have been video taped. Everyone would swear that video was dubbed over with Ewan McGregor's quote from Ep III.
I've been saying that line over and over ever since, but it has not been as dramatic as it was that day.
I'm sure most members here might remember me saying that line many times.

.....I think I am going to vote for Obi-wan, Even though he failed to teach Anakin. ((I shortened it to save space on this post, focusing on the part I am discussing)) Now, Aeon, is it fair to say he failed to teach Anakin? He did his job, he stuck through with Anakin's training, he taught him what he could, sadly, Sidious got through to him deeper, grabbing hold of his buried lust for greater power, and his desire to save Padme. I don't mean to totally contradict what you said here, just trying to cut Obi-wan some slack (yes, he did say in the movie that he failed Anakin, but it was due the want for power, and buried darkness that Anakin in turn failed Obi-wan, and the Jedi) Anyway, my vote goes to Obi-wan, a true Jedi was he. Yoda says: My way of speech, you must steal, hmm?

You forgot Luke Skywalker. I'd vote for him, but seeing that he is not on the poll...

Im going with obi-wan even though my favorite star wars characters is anakin going with obi-wan, obi wan was what jedi meant pretty much and anakin all through out his days of being a jedi he was arrogant and never listened, thats why he was turned so easily
