Those of you on FX Sabers.com may have seen this already, but for those who haven't enjoy ;D
My collection and my display room (my living room)
Hello, my name is Jeff and I’m a collectaholic……
OK here's my collection. The majority of it consists of 3 & 3/4 figures and ships, but there's all kinds of other stuff too. The majority of the stuff is in storage in my basement, but I have pictures that I took when I drug everything out to catalog it.
Since there are so many pictures, I'm going to only post pics of my living room where I have tasteful, for the most part, and with my girlfriend's loving consent, displayed some of the stuff. I'll post a link to my gallery where the pictures of the bulk the collection are. The pictures of the living room are in there too, so you can see larger versions than the ones posted here if you want. The pictures in the gallery where the figures are spread out on the floor are from three years ago, and I’ve since more added so some items aren't shown, lol. There are also some other pictures of some Star Trek stuff in the gallery that I used to collect, but have sold off, or are in the process of trying to sell. All figures you see open on display in my living room I have duplicates or triplicates of unopened. I bought 95% of my collection new, and if I had to try and estimate the money I’ve spent on my collection (this is going to make me ill) I’d say between $5500 - $6500.
My living room: I’m also a Green Bay Packers fan as you’ll see. In front of the Packers helmet is the titanium Boba Fett figure.
The French doors that lead to my dining room: Above the door are the Vader and Maul Transformers, 300th Fett and Celebration III Vader. In front of the door is my buddy,
Poo Head (the cat)
Right coffee table: Vader and his boys. I love the Sandtrooper. I think it’s one of the best looking of all the Star Wars characters, so I have all of them, except the very latest one in the saga collection, but that’s next on the list. I’m also a gear head I own a Trans AM, as evidenced by my signature, so that explains the mags and cars.
Close up of the figures:
Left coffee table: valuable lessons taught from a poster, lol
Close up of the table: Here’s some of my favorite figures that I own. The shirtless Maul, is just PIMP, the clone Luke from the EU and my original Royal Guard that I’ve owned since new back in 1983 when ROTJ came out. I’m getting into the new Legacy comic series and you can see some of the novels I have also.
My computer desk: Sandtrooper titanium and what computer desk is complete with out an Initech notepad and Lumburg coffee mug ;D
Close up of the figures:
My sabers: I have them standing vertical on the floor for now to keep the blades from warping. I’m going to build a rack to hang them on the wall
The sabers ignited:
Here’s the link to the rest of the collection.
