To be honest man, The updates on the PC version allow for a lot more items and small things that are not available in the XBOX version.
That being said, I am not real sure if it is or it is not available in the XBOX version at all. You might be chasing something that is not even there. I have never seen it in the XBOX version and I have beaten it 3 times now.

to get revans gear on thhe x box version you have to go to the star forges command center and you slice in to it and it will give you the option to have it recreate revans armor. the only down side is that ti takes a [glow=orange,2,300]CRAP LOAD [/glow]of computer spikes to do it!

I did that exact thing but I always play light sided & got those cool light side robes (best light side robes in KOTOR 1 but they could've improved the design to have it almost exactly like Revan's robes with an actual robe like in the movies). |

Yeah I don't think that item is in either game xbox or pc version I've beat each version at least three times and I've never found that item I don't think it exists

You can get the robes but you can't get the mask which is a pity. Revan had the coolest mask I thought, it was even cooler than Vader's in my opinion.

You cannot get Revan's mask in XBOX or PC versions of the game.
HOWEVER, There are Mods out for the PC Version where you can customize your character palette, enabling you to have revan's Mask as an item.
It requires a hexidecimal editor, and programming skills to accomplish.
