It's more difficult to separate light and dark most beings realize...

Click the link. Then when the window comes up, there's a small field that asks you to type the 3 capital letters shown. Do this and click the button. Wait the, I believe 45 seconds, and then there will be a download button. Click that and decide where to save it. Oh, and it's a .swf so you'll need a Flash player of some sort to view it. Also, the guy speaking and the version of AE he used are German. He speaks rather heavily accented english, and it took me a little while to realize he said "linear dodge" at one point.
