I just received my first lightsaber! I got the Yoda replica, i always used short lightsabers in KOTOR, so i figured id like to use them too! I plan on getting another. The picture below is me and my new lightsaber(I editited the glow in adobe for fun) One question, is there a name for the style were you carry dual lightsabers, but hold them upside down, you can see a demonstration of this in ryan vs dorkman(they use singles though) if there is, id love to know! I just joined this forum and very new, sorry if i broke any rules or placed this in the wrong forum.

Hi landayu
I got my first FX sabers last week, I can't put them down! I got a Yoda followed by a Vader ANH. I like the light weight of the Yoda, I think the sound could be better on it though but it is great for saber spins indoors. The Vader is awesome and I'd really recommend it to anyone, it's very heavy (hard work for spinning) and you can catch the on/off switch easily *but* the sound is clearer and very menacing, and the clash sensor much easier to trigger than the yoda.
Have fun - these things are addictive. I'm building a Luxeon 3W soon!

Yeah they are very addicting! I actually received the darth vader one for christmas, but i provoked my parents to get me a green one( Im a jedi, not a sith) i know this sounds greedy and all, but iv bin waiting for an fx lightsaber for a year now! They were alright with it and we received the Yoda Replica. I agree with you on the Yoda's the only problem is, that i have a younger brother and he is in love with it because he wants the same one!
Has anyone ever "Took apart" there fx lightsaber and were able to change the colording somehow? Id love to find what they used and get a different color for it. I know in the plastic custom lightsaber ones you can remove the "color crystal" and change the color, id like to purchase one of those ultra sabers one day, but is there an alternate?
