Well im new to this forum and I've been looking at some lightsabers and I really lke the Darth Maul one. But can you connect this one with another one(im a noob)? Because I was thinking about trying to get one for christmas or buy one(but need some cash),and is this one as good as the MR one or would you recomend getting the Mr one?

The thing about the Darth Maul is that you have to buy TWO sabers in order to have the full staff. Plus, the coupler that you use to connect the two sabers can't be quickly taken apart, so if you are going to duel with them you have to decide beforehand whether to use them as a staff or as two separate sabers.
As for quality, so far it seems that the Hasbro sabers are of similar quality to the MR sabers. And the price is alot better for the Hasbro sabers, so you might as well go with the Hasbro ones. You can find them on sale either on Amazon or through Hasbro's own toy store online for $99.

you might have a problem here. Hasbro have only been selling the mauls as the battle damaged version. so i doubt you'll be able to join the two if wished. BTW if any one has a maul review i would greatly appreciate it. I have to decide between the Hasbro obi or maul. decisions, decisions

It's rare, but there are some out there that still might have some MR Darth Mauls in stock and also ebay, I've seen the double bladed version a few times. I used to own the Darth Maul FX Double Bladed or two in one that makes the complete staff as DAJOQUIM said. Also I do own the Obi Wan FX from Harsbo, it's ok, I do like it, but from having the MR version of the Obi Wan FX, I would consider getting the MR version in my personal opinon, but at the same time Harsbo did a great job for the most part of modifying it, a bit. I'll tell you when you lite it up, the blade is so even, it's not even funny, I didn't see not one bloch or dark spot on it. I'll probably make a review here for the Obi Wan sometime today to help you out and also as a future perference. Good Luck on this quest my friend
