Darth Plagueis the Wise (Sidious' master) actually had the ability to influence midi-chlorians. This meant "he could save the lives of those he cared about" as Sidious had told Anakin as well as create life. If Plagueis could create life by the Force that being would be the most powerful of all life. So it is speculated that Anakin was actually created by Plagueis to be used as the ultimate Sith weapon. Darth Plagueis was killed in his sleep by his apprentice Darth Sidious so we don't really know what Plagueis had in mind for Anakin. Had Plagueis lived he might have personally trained Anakin, and Anakin then would've taken Sidious' place.
HUH?
WHAT ARE YOU GOING BY??
ARE YOU GOING BY GEORGE "I WROTE STARWARS" LUCAS?
OR SOME ONE ELSE??
ANAKIN WAS BORN WITHOUT A FATHER.
LUCAS SAYS IT.
THATS IT.
Jade "Needs to read more on Star Wars" Light Your entire post is based upon trashing ideas that you have never heard of and instead of finding out whether they are true or not you immediately made up your mind that what you had already learned was all that existed. You used many words to try to disprove something you actually know very little or nothing about.
All quotes and references that I have posted in this reply, including previous replies by myself used in this post, is from starwars.com/databank.You clearly did not either read my post or understand anything that was written. It seems the only thing you understood about my post is that it is about Star Wars. I have quoted my post and highlighted what you either missed or misunderstood...

Note that the article is written "
IF" and "
it is speculated".
Nothing has been proven absolutely either way,for or against.
Anakin's creation is written as two theories not a single fact, because we don't actually know for certain his beginnings since Lucas has never told us exactly. Lucas has told us that Anakin had a virgin birth, but he did not say whether it was the Force that created him or Plageius. He has merely given us theories on Skywalkers creation.
The Plageius theory is a familiar story to those who have studied Anakin's life. I'm not saying everyone believes in it, I'm just saying we all know it's out there.
There was no intimate encounter with Shmi skywalker and Sidious master.
Where did you get that?
?
Go by the man okay?
Duh! Again, did you even read my post? Seriously. Where in my post
is it written that Shmi and Plageius had relations? Where?
?
You won't find it because you made that part up. I wrote no such thing.
Go by what's actually written, Okay.
What is the big deal about believing in virgin births anyway.. there are some species on THIS very planet that can do that... some can even change their gender (sharks) so that they can mate!!! Just get over it... if it is going to happen it is going to happen.
Nobody disputes Anakin having a virgin birth. Lucas has settled that issue. Fans dispute over who was the creator- the Will of the Force or Plageuis. Lucas left the creator unknown for a reason. There is more interest in a mystery.
If one doesn't like the virgin born concept then one doesn't like the Star Wars storyline and basis of the movies. Simple.
In order to have the Chosen one born the prophecy says that the child cannot have a father.
If you make a SITH his father you will destroy the FACT that LUCAS says Anakin IS the Chosen one. I do not care what a Darkened and shadowed yoda and mace say in a ship while flying around in ep3... their eyes were clouded with war, anger and yoda even said "the darkside clouds EVERYTHING"
Lucas has the 6 Star Wars movies centering on the idea of a virgin born chosen one. The chosen one's virgin birth meant he had to have been born out of the Force, either the Light(Will of the Force) or Dark(Plageius manipulation of midi-chlorians) side.
In the Star Wars Databank it says,
"The child could have been the creation of sinister Sith manipulations." Note: it does not say father, only possible creator. Just because you create something does not make you its father. (I'm obviously talking about creation and not reproduction.)
PLUS remember that Anakin had the most midichlorians EVER in a Jedi ever recorded.
A Sith cannot create that. He is like a Jedi... no one can make the Force do things... Learn from what Yoda taught Luke... the force is not something you can push around and manipulate.. it just IS.
You cannot create the most powerful Jedi ever.... you just can't.
It was the Force that created him because the Balance was tipping and without Vader the Empire could have gone on forever.
According to the Star Wars Databank
www.starwars.com/databank/character/darthvader/index.html "There was another possibility, though.
The child could have been the creation of sinister Sith manipulations, as the Dark Lords Darth Plagueis and Darth Sidious conspired to bring about the perfect apprentice by
coaxing life from lifelessness."
www.starwars.com/databank/character/darthsidious/index.html"Plagueis, the wise, was an adept of some of the most arcane and
unnatural applications of the Force. As Sidious described, Plagueis had uncovered a path to immortality through the
manipulation of the dark side of the Force. Plagueis could, it was said,
coax the midi-chlorians present in all living cells to create life from nothingness."
OH god I cannot believe that theory.
No offense... maybe you got that from someone you trusted but
WOW I never heard that one before.
Someone I trusted...oh you must mean this little site I got it from. What was it called? Now I remember
starwars.com/databank. It is a familiar theory to anyone who has studied Anakin's beginnings.
I tend to go with what the WRITER says
I am a writer myself and if anyone told me something in my stories went a different way than I said it did I would really be very CONFUSED. It is written the way its written.
Miz JADE LIGHT
I did go by what the the WRITER said by using his site
appropriately named starwars.com/databankIf you had read my second reply in this thread you would have learned that I quoted the Star Wars Databank. Here is my reply. I have underlined and highlighted what you obviously didn't read.
I think Lucas never came straight out and told us about Anakin's birth because he knew there would be more interest in a mystery.
There are really only two guesses to Anakin's birth, here they are:
Quotes from starwars.com databank"A child born of prophecy,
possibly conceived by the will of the Force itself, Anakin Skywalker."
"Plagueis, the wise, was an adept of some of the most arcane and unnatural applications of the Force. As Sidious described, Plagueis had uncovered a path to immortality through the manipulation of the dark side of the Force.
Plagueis could, it was said, coax the midi-chlorians present in all living cells to create life from nothingness."
Either the will of the Force birthing Anakin or Plagueis creating Anakin from manipulating midi-chlorians would explain why Anakin has the highest midi-chlorian count of any jedi including master Yoda.
I research everything I write about before ever posting, and I generally insert links to or mention where ever it is I found my info. In this thread, my first reply post I didn't mention the place, but in my second reply I made sure to write: "Quotes from starwars.com databank" so that no one would have any doubt as to whether it was true or not.
