Ok, so ive had my mace windu rots fx for 3 years, and its had this "problem" since i got it. To start off, every now and again, the lightsaber just makes a fuzzy sound, and to get rid of it, i just take out the battery for a sec and put it back in. and another problem is, quite oftenly, when the lightsaber SHOULD be making a clashing sound, it just spazzes out the ignite on feature, so it goes PEW PEW PEW PEW(ignite sound) and its already on.. so i dont know y it does this, my obiwan doesnt have this problem, so if you have the same problem or you know how to fix it, plz reply

Welcome to the boards!
First and foremost, how new are the batteries? the Ignition problem is usually a sign of low battery.
The "fuzzyness" you spoke of happened to me as well. The Mace was, as much as I hate to say this, a badly made FX. Mine has some other issues like a very, very dull blade, but i believe they are all caused by the same design flaw: The pins on the inside of the saber that meet up with the contacts on the battery pack don't line up quite right.
if you open up the saber like you were going to replace the batteries and look inside, you'll see what i'm talking about. Those little metal posts are what meet up with the battery pack to allow current to flow to the rest of the electronics in the saber.
If you twist the handle of the saber very slowly along the center (like giving somebody an indian burn), you can attempt to make the contacts and the posts line up a little better. This helped with my blade luminescence quite a bit, and now it's almost as bright as some of my other sabers.
This is one i suggest that new buyers keep new in box.

along the middle, where the rubberized grips end and the gold band starts. It may take a bit of effort but -be careful-. overdo it and you might snap something you weren't intending on messing up...
