Oh yeah, the second most wanted Star Wars effect out there.. Force Lightning!!  I'm curious to see how many different methods there are used by members of this forum. Sooo go digging into your pictures and find your lightning pics!  Be sure to put in your post what method you use or if you made it just by experimentation! ;D Here's mine... I have Paintshop Pro 9, so there's no tutorials for force lightning that I know of. So I had to make mine from scratch. I'm actually quite pleased with my results.. ;D Here's a before and after set of my first lightning pic and my second lightning pic.. Before..  After.. (It is a bit squiggly and short.. But I definitely improved! )  |

Very good Jordan, I unfortunetly suck at ps so I cannot do force lightning the only lightning i do is the animated on the pics.

I have few Force Lightning pictures. There are ones like this, where I use a series of brushes to imitate Force Lightning...  or there are ones like this, where I do the same method over and over and position things to make it look like lightning.  Play with that last one a bit, and you get stuff like this.  |

I don't use the difference cloud method. This was done in After Effects.  |

i dont have any kind of photo shops yet so this is the best i could do. lol. its off of microsoft paint.  i know it sucks!lol  |

I personally hate doing lightning,it takes forever. I don`t get the results I want in photoshop,so I have to use after effects. Here is a pic I did in after effects  |

My first attempt of making some lightning today with a new program. I pretty much was using four different points and connected them to blend together to kinda make the lightning, and yes I know it sucks lol it was my first try  |
