Ok, here is the deal. Grievous in the Clone War carton series was Awesome. He was a perfect villan and I was very psyched to see him in the movie, however, I found the Grievous in the film wasn't as cool. Does anyone else feel that way.
I was so disapointed. Sigh.

Well, the cartoon Grievous didn't reveal he had four arms (until somewhere in the ending of Clone Wars Volume 2), & his torso didn't spin like in the cartoon in ROTS. Also, Grievous didn't use his feet as hands to hold the lightsabers in the movie like he did in the cartoon.

Grievous didn't use his feet as hands to hold the lightsabers in the movie like he did in the cartoon. yeah that was the big let down about he didn't fight as good as he did in the cartoon but i guess the cartoon kind of went to far like with mace windu i don't think he could punch droids with his bare hands when in the movie obi-wan punches Grievous but it hurts and does nothing.......and Yoda couldn't have used the force to smash two extremely big landers......where in the movie he was struggling to keep up a small peace of metal about to smash ob-wan and Anakin...

Well I expect the cartoon to go a little overboard. Although I have to say it ROCKED LOL However, I was really looking forward to this character that had so much power and a memorial of jedi sabers hanging off his belt. While obiwan is an awesome and powerful jedi, I felt the battle was possibly to quick. (I do know however that this movie was already near the three hour mark. LOL and making scenes long may have made the movie feel lik eit was dragging)

I was dissapointed when I saw ROTS that General Grievous didn't use his feet to saber fight like he did in the cartoon. It would have been a much cooler Obi-Wan vs. Grievous battle if he had used his feet as well as his four arms.

I couldn't agree more, it would have been awesome to see Grievous fight with his lightsabers more. In the movie

Him in the movie was horrid. He should have been a major problem for the Jedi.

General Grievous is one of my all time favorite characters from any Star Wars time period. True ROTS did make him look like a coward, but any Grievous fan knows there is much more to it than than the movie. For instance, in Star Wars: Labryinth of Evil (novel) General Grievous leads an invasion of the 500 Republica District of Coruscant and "kidnaps" chancelor Palpatine. All while killing like 5 Jedi and battleing Mace Windu ontop of a mag-lev. He is awesome I tell you. And if you look into his history before his cybernetics and the CIS, you would know that he is a retired war veteran from the Huk war. If you want good Grievous, look more towards EU. As for the clone wars cartoons, they are cool to watch and all, but alot of it is outragous like the Mace Windu scene, and some of Grievous, it's overdone so I didn't like it that much. All I really have to say about Grievous is he is a Jedi slaying four lightsaber weilding droid general. Nothins cooler than that.
