[glow=silver,2,300]Hologram FX[/glow] Okay, I have spent a long time trying to create a realistic version of your hologram images seen on Star Wars, I am this far, I think with the suggestions of a few EXPERIENCED photoshop users (must know the proper tool names and such) I could complete the first Holo FX graphic. All those that contribute toward the final image will be credited to the fullest. (PLEASE PM ME AND NOT IN HERE) In the meantime, any constructive critique from anyone would be nice. .... and the occasional oooh and awww would be nice to make me feel like I'm not wasting my time. *UPDATE Revised

In the movies, I noticed that the darker areas on the person were more transparent. Set the blend mode of the layer to screen. If it's too dark, duplicate it and make it have a blend mode of normal and a opacity of like 30-50. I don't know if this would work, but it's worth a shot. Is this kind of the look you're aiming towards?
