The program I utilise for scoping is called LSmaker, I don't remember wher i downloaded it from but it does a good job with the blade coloring and glow, and it does great with videos but when i try to do pictures with it, it makes them look just fine but when i export them from the program the picture comes out at the size of 20mb. Enormous for a picture i know, the pic starts at a size of 1.75mb so im not exactly sure whats happening between start and export. Is there any other program i can use, i also have gimp but unfortunately i dont have the money to buy a program.
Is there anyway i can make my program save it at a smaller size or is there any other free way i can rotoscope with gimp or download another program?
Edit: Ok i just fixed my problem. I just found out that if I open it in paint then save it as a different format it lowers the size to about 200 to 900k. but that is still a hassle any advice would still be greatly appreciated. TY

There is most likely no cost for LS Maker. If you Google it, you can just simply download it & if you have WinRAR you can extract it & install it. It's very easy to install.
