Ok i know that every star wars game has the light and dark side option but if you are Darth Vader's secret apprentice, why are we killing stormtroopers? just food for thought lol

Supersecret = nobody knowing about it. That includes a (probably) futile attempt to not allow the Emperor to know, and that means killing anyone who knows what you are.
Plus, its only a little while after Order 66. Apart from Vader and Palpatine, there aren't supposed to be any Jedi or Sith. So the stormies would assume you be a Jedi and attack you.

It states in playstation information that Vader send you off as a Secret so everyone is an enemy republic and imperial alike. So this is the perfect pretense for a game. Vader explains to his new apprentice that he will be own his own once he leaves. His also told him he was surprised he survived the training. Some little tidbits. I have been following this game like a shadow. I have read every piece of literature on it. ;D When reading playstations coverage of this game they had a piece of a dark horse comic in there. And it shows Vader knighting his secret apprentice which I also have found this Apprentices name from Starwars insider. Starkiller is all they have released so far. Many die hard fans will remember this was the original name for Luke. Lucas was going to call him Luke Starkiller. So they decided to put it in there as a homage. I forgot to post it when I first read it. Starwars insider has alot of cool EU info in this issue. I love StarWars insider! ;D ;D

At Wizars World 2008 the Lucas arts TFU presentation stated the Apprentice must kill all he come in contact with so that word of him does not get back to Darth Sidious.
