Has anyone ever wondered who REALLY died in Order 66? Like, there is no canon-based death for Shaak Ti, due to her newest appearance in the up-coming game "Force Unleashed".
Also, it is speculated, though not advertised or canon at the moment, that both Plo Koon AND Mace Windu survived the death's they'd been portrayed for in the film. I do not agree with Master Plo's death, however. It is obvious he does, in fact, die. But, for Mace Windu to have done so much in his Jedi career to die being shocked out of a window just seems a bit farfetched to me. I do not doubt he was incredibly injured in the battle, as well as the shock, but Anakin was not even a Jedi Knight yet and survived both Force Lightning AND getting his arm cut off. Why couldn't Mace do it?
Just as thought...

Because Mace fell out of a window that was about 2 miles above ground level.

Well that is a pretty good point. But you also have to take into account that Mace Windu was falling and still in shock of the electricity that just coursed through his body. That could explain that.

True...BUT...what about Shaak Ti or Sha Koon? Master Ti had supposedly three different deaths. Two in the temple and one on the Invisible Hand. But all three were removed from production. A deleted scene can be seen on the Ep III DVD of Shaak Ti's first death possibility at the hands of Grievous. However, it was never inserted into final production. The second was at the hands of Anakin within the temple, while she was meditating. But this was deleted early on, as Lucas felt that if Master Ti was meditating, she would've no doubt felt Anakin's presence, if not his march onto the Temple Grounds.

I think it is very plausible that Plo Koon died. However, it may be that he - by some chance - survived. see hereShaak Ti, as we know, is not dead, but probably will be following the end of Force Unleashed. Even Yoda couldn't have survived falling out of the window of one of the highest buildings on Coruscant, which would have probably been more than two kilometers above the ground level, and would have had bridges and other things for Mace to smash into, further mutilating him. It is highly unlikely that Mace lived, and by highly unlikely I mean close to no doubt whatsoever.

However, there is reason to believe he lived, since there was that picture of him walking away from his crashed ship. But we know that pics cannot qualify it as Canon.

It's very possible that Mace Survived. He's a Master Jedi Knight for crying outloud. Even if the building is 2 miles High as Darth Vader II mentioned (Think of Anakin Jumping off a Speeder on Ep II). Sure, he the living daylights were shocked out of him, but didn't Anakin get right up after he got electrecuted, or Luke at the end of ROTJ also?
I believed he survived that fall, but I'm pretty sure he was killed sometime before Ep IV.

It's possible that he may have survived by landing in a cockpit speeder.

I reckon that Mace did not die. The building is not that high look in episde 3 it is quite low. He is a master of the force, he stepped off a 120meter balcony EP2. I believe also that he was hunted down and killed though in between 3-4.
