That big climax of the movie. The day that the clones turned on the jedi generals. Personally I really hated this part because the clones saw the jedi as friends espically Cody who had a close friend relationship with Master Kenobi

As I understood it, this was genetically implemented in the clone's DNA and they couldn't resist : they just had to obey that order, like hypnosis. Something like this. Even though I learn that a small numbers of clones DID resist, I don't know how yet.

You're partially right, fenyxkell. The clones genetic structure was manipulated to make them more commandable (if you couldn't tell, Jango wasn't the type to really listen to much of anyone most of the time). However, the Contingency Orders for the Grand Army of the Republic state their case quite clearly, the clones would be nearly powerless to disobey. Only the commandos, ARC's, and Nulls had much of a chance of resisting the orders.

And in the second movie, when Obi Wan visited the cloners, they even said that they messed with their DNA to make them less independent as well has a higher growth rate. It all made sense to me.

Ya some did in the book The Rise of Darth Vader the camander in that story let his jedi have a chance to run away before they came after them only later to be killed by Vader

I'm not sure about the DNA of the clones, but I know that it was my least favorite part of the movie. If Mace Windu didn't die, there wouldn't be an empire. He would of wiped 'em all out!!!
