Discovering the Truth (Orto Plutonia)

Planets such as Rhen Var and Hoth were given a nickname of frozen wasteland. The same went with of a Pantoran world of Orto Plutonia. Rescent research stated that the world was inhabited by an unknown species known as the Talz. The people of Pantora held little knowledge of these creatures and how they acted. Some even called them savages. However, through simple scouting it only seemed that Orto Plutonia was much more dangerous then first thought.

In fact a strong disturbance in the force was what brought Jedi Master Vax Kote and his team of Republic Commandos knowns as the Wolfe Fighters to this world in the first place....

-Through the atmosphere of the frozen wasteland of Orto Plutonia; an LAAT/i gunship emerged through the thick blizzard en-route to the republic base that had been set up several months ago. Jedi Master Vax Kote had been assigned to keep an eye on this world and the troops that were over seeing the base of operations on the world. Since the base had been set up and only a few short weeks ago the jedi order had lost contact with hose republic troops that had been sent to the world to keep it under wraps.-

-The jedi guardian had already sent a scout to see what happened - Sergeant Torque - but the only response that came from the advance recon fighter was having to see this for himself. Vax had sensed a disturbance in the force that something bad was going to happen. And from simple meditation and visions he had been seeing it was not going to be on the easy part that was for sure.-

-As the LAAT/i gunship settle down in the snowy landscape it opened up only to be rushed in with blinding snow. Pulling down the goggles and the small peace of cloth that acted as a shield from getting frost bite on his lips Vax jumped out followed by three members from the Wolf Fighters squad along with a few other rookiee troopers who were just about to see action for the first time. Captain Skar, Sergeant Cruzer, and Lieutenant Spectar were all dressed in cold assualt gear with blue markings on it while the rookiee troops had the same gear with no markings on it.-

-Moving across the landscape Vax made his way over to the base where Sergeant Torque was to meet with him. Each of the troops following closely behind him while the rookiee's set up turrets and other devices that were needed. Stopping at the entrance of the base Torque moved out in the same armor as the Wolf Figher's team.-

"What do you have for me, Torque?"

"General Vax, sir. From simple scouting of the base and a five mile radius nothing has come up. The troops that were stationed here were all killed with no blast marks at all."

"How is that even possible?"

"I don't know sir, but I think you should take a look and see for yourself."

-Turning to Captain Skar; Vax gave a simple hand gester to have his men stand down for the time being. The republic captain nodded turning to the troops that followed along with General Vax and gave them their orders. Vax turned back following Sergeant Torque over to the base. The door to the hanger that housed the BARC speeders and the Freeco bikes opened up. Walking in Vax lifted the goggles up and lowered the mask to get a better glimpse at what happened.-

-Everything was a mess inside the base. Trooper helmets were propped up on wooden sticks with a few bodies lieing here and there. There was barley any Freeco or BARC bikes touched which seemed to put Vax on edge. Something was tugging at him through the force and it was not just a simple disturbance. It felt more like the darkside of the force was somewhere on this planet.-

The ice crunched under the boots of the newly promoted Major Gore, he was cautious of the building in front of him watcing the windows and even behind him he noticed small movement on cliff ledges. He hasn't been here since he was a Sith Commando, he was sent here to find out why the Sith base on this planet didn't make its regular check up.

"Daggers, Alpha move up!"

The men took position up front with Torque and his men in front of the Jedi General. Seeing the absence of fighting brought back memories for Gore, the Sith put up a base on the planet, but they lost contact. There were no signs of combat, taking his helmet off it hits the floor, wearing his cold assault armour his dark grey armour plates and boots, and maroon thermal cloting stood out amongst the others.

A look of worry came to his mind as he remembered the sith helmets on spear tips, the bodies in littering the floor, the power turned off. Gore's eyes darted around the cold room. Looking at the bikes, he noticed they were all in near working condition, but one was missing. A survivor!

turning he walks over the the Jedi General as the other troopers inspect the vehicles, seeing if there was any damage or not. This place was bad news.

"General Kote. There is a missing bike, permission to send Trigger to find the survivor and bring him or her back"

Gore felt cold, but not temperature wise, he knew when a Jedi was on edge there something up. The place bugged Gore, and his men, even the rookies were scared. Grizzly even felt un safe here and that never happens. This place has been touched by evil, a dark being has come by.

"Sir I'm going to check the computers, see what I can dig up. Alpha sweep the entire base, Daggers do the same. And be careful we don't now what has happened so don't touch what isn't yours"

Walking off Gore put the sling of his rifle over his shoulder, the strap went over his chest as the rifle rested on his back securely. Walking through the dark empty halls he was on gaurd, ready for any sign of threat. It was ten minutes, and he was hearing check ups to General Kote on sweeping. But then he finally made it to the computer room.

"General Kote I'm at the computer room, anything you'd like me to check while I'm here or download the lot?"

{Vax Kote}

-Visions flashed back to the Jedi Guardian during the time of the clone wars when a squad of clone troops was sent to the planet to find the were-abouts of a missing team of clonetroopers. Luckily, Vax was not apart of that team but the individuals who had came into this was General Kenobi, General Skywalker, and Captain Rex. A good captain; as far as Vax could tell. It seemed that two of the men that were with him at this moment had the fighting pride of Captain Rex.... Captain Skar and Major Gore who were both hard fighting individuals. Looking up to the missing BARC speeder in the base it seemed that there was indeed a lone survivor. Nodding in Gore's request he gave him permission to send the trigger happy trooper nicknamed Trigger to scout out for the survivor.-

-A seconds thought did not even come into play when Trigger moved over to one of the BARC speeders and mounted on it. Looking over to Sergeant Torque - the ARF scout that was often sent on undercover missions - he focus seemed to move back into the present about this planet. Still nothing seemed to be right about this place.-

"Torque, go with Trigger. One man out there is to much of a risk."

"Yes sir."

-Torque ran over to one of the BARC speeders mounting onto it next to Trigger. The engines reved up and the two armored troops were off out of the base in a matter of seconds. Continuing into the base Vax came up to one of the helmets. A standard phase I clone trooper helmet. Lifting it off of the wooden stick Vax looked it over sseeing no blood marks of any kind. This was not a standard republic v.s. imperial or droid fight. It was much different.-

"General Kote I'm at the computer room, anything you'd like me to check while I'm here or download the lot?"

"I want a read on the last transmission of this base, resistant forces, anything pertaining to what happened here. Leave everything as is, Gore."

-Something did not seem right. Vax could very well feel it in his gut that this was not just a text book undercover kill. There would be no way that the sith would go so far to send some commandos to eliminate a base of republic troopers. Listening into the reports of the Wolf Fighters as well as Gore's men made him wonder to what actually happened here? Something was tugging at him through the force and it was not just a standard disturbance.-

{Sergeant Torque}

Torque except with blue markings instead of red

-These kind of scouting missions came with the job of being an ARF trooper. Torque enjoyed every moment of it. There were those times where he would not see front lines of blasting clankers or those so-called imperials. Either way the under-cover side of things along with scouting was just as fun. Jumping on the nearest BARC speeder bike; Torque holstered his DC-15A blaster rifle onto his back with a strap. Reving the engines of the BARC speeder he followed Trigger out of the base into the blinding snow of Orto Plutonia. The cold winds brushed up against Torque's phase I blue-marked snow trooper armor. Having this kind of gear was also an enjoyement to the advanced recon fighter as well.-

-Following close to Trigger he kept his back covered as they moved across the frozen ice of some of the places of the planet. Cliff sides, small trees, and small bases for snowball fights were stationed up for those troopers who wanted a little fun. Looking around the area; Torque held a bad feeling that something was not going down right.-

-The fact that General Vax had him go with Trigger was an overall good idea. Each trooper no matter what squad they were apart of had to keep each others backs through thick and thin. Torque and Trigger seen enough with each other on Ossus to know exactly how to handle different elements.... even in the harsh ones like that of Orto Plutonia. They always referred to each other by nickname instead of rank which shot off another difference.-

"Keep your eyes open Trig? I've been here long enough to know what to expect especially in these blinding conditions."

{Gore}

Searching through computer logs it seemed as if someone had planted a virus in the system...If only Tuscan was still alive, he would be able to delete the virus from the source.

"General Kote sir. I have encountered a virus, and if I am correct..*loud cussing*...It's a Sith Reaper Virus, its deleting every file on the database"

Slamming his fists on the panels the soldier watches as the files are deleted in front of him. Unable to copy any before they get deleted. Falling to his knees, he watches as his Republic record is removed from the database, his life as a man of honour slips from his fingers. His only file left on database is his Sith Commando file, any Republic ship will now think of him as the bad guy.

But his groaning stopped as he heard footsteps behind him, easily recognized as the sound a Jedi boot makes. General Kote has checked up on him perhaps?

"We cannot stop the virus I programmed this to disable Republic Flagships when I was a Sith sir. It was disabled communications to your ship. If we don't move soon we will be locked in a base with no life support"

"Daggers! Alpha move outside"

"Sir the doors are closing!"

"Move it!"

He could hear the running and screaming of soldiers running away. Leaving his rifle the Major sprints for the exit from which they came, once in the Speeder Bay Gore grabbed General Kote and threw him out the facility just in time. Standing he salutes the General and gets on the comlink tunning into the Jedi’s frequency, clearing his throat he raises his wrist putting the communicator to his mouth before speaking.

“Don’t get me out General, these doors specifically were designed to keep enemies in, corotis weave through the doors will make it impenetrable for your lightsaber sir. The mission is more important, I will be fine, as long as air in my oxygen tank doesn’t run out. Gore out”

Turning the communicator off he looks into the dark room, his flashlights on his helmet flash on as he moves forward. Sharply turning his head in a direction his lights made a creatures eyes flare in a magnificent yellow-gold. He wasn’t alone, whatever it was, it could be the thing that killed the soldiers.

{Trigger}

“Copy that Tor!”

Following Torque in one of the BARC speeder bikes he avoids sharp rocks and other animals. But his engine froze and his bike lost control smashing into a rock, the Captain sent flying in the air hit the snow hard, getting up he looked down noticing a red patch on his arm, he must have cut it on something. Falling to his knees he faints, hearing his friend Torque calling to him.

He was losing blood fast; before he fainted he saw a yellow light in the distance, most likely a fire. They had to get Trigger somewhere warm so he could get back conscious. His life was once again in Torque’s hands. No one around for who knows how far and a fire nearby, friend or foe, it doesn’t matter in five minutes, Trigger’s wound will be infected and will die a slow painful death in twenty minutes.

{Vax}

-Something inside of the jedi guardian told him this was not the perfect time to come to this world? However, with the absence of republic troops on this world only worried Vax about what really happened. Skar, Torque, Gore.... they were all good men. They all served for a purpose. No reasoning? No questioning? Simply just undeniable loyalty to the republic and their jedi generals. Boy did Vax feel on the short end of the leash on the matter. Order 66 was the worst of all things that occured those years ago. Only bits and peaces of his memory came back. And someday he would find himself traveling back to Kamino to discover the full story. But for now the matter remained on Orto Plutonia.-

-From what just had occured; it seemed someone did not want the Jedi or Republic Intel to get a hold of the information that was inside the base computer. Everything seemed to go in lock down causing the republic troops to scatter for the exit. With Vax and Gore coming in last the republic major pushed Vax forward causing him to tumble on the snow. Quickly jumping to his feet Vax turned around extending his left hand out grasping onto the door through the force. Lifting his other hand up he brought it in closer to pull the door open with the force.-

-Both Skar and another trooper from the Wolf Fighter team ran forward throwing their blaster rifles to the ground. Each grasping on the edge of the door to help the jedi master open the door up all the way and allow remaining troopers out. Simply with Gore's words; Skar turned back to Vax who stood their struggling to keep the door open. Closing his eyes the jedi guardian nodded allowing the two troops to step away and Vax to drop his hands and the doors slamming shut with a loud bang. Skar quickly gathered himself together pulling his DC-15S blaster rifle to his hands and quickly moved over to Vax.-

"General are you alright?"

-Nodding in approval Vax looked at the closed doors of the republic base then back at the remaining troops that came with him on this mission. His gaze moved back to Skar who stood firm awaiting for orders.-

"Any word from Trigger or Torque?"

"No sir?"

-Stepping into the coldness Vax looked around the area. The snow was slowly starting to come down with the troops getting everything ready. Only a few BARC speeders and Freeco bikes where ready for the troops to use with three MIA already.-

"I have a bad feeling about this."

-The force was calling out to him. Something dark was approaching along with some creatures. Everyone needed to be prepared. Even if that meant a few missing trooper bodies at the moment. Looking back at Gore's men Vax turned his head to the side trying to place who was next in command below Major Gore. The Wolf Fighters all held a great deal of pride standing tall with Vax it was only a matter of working as a team with the Daggers and Alpha teams.-

"Who is second in command?'

{Sergeant Torque}

-The travel moved by quickly with the snowy winds brushing up against the phase I trooper armor that both Torque and Trigger wore. Moving over the icy terrian Torque did not seem to mind the weather at all. He was trained for this kind of situations. It made him the better ARF trooper for any kind of mission that General Vax Kote would send him on. Slidding the Freeco bike to a stop he got off of the Freeco bike. Looking around the snow slowly lathered onto his back with his DC-15S blaster rifle perches onto his side. Not far back he noticed Trigger laying in the snow. Rushing over there he kneeled against the down trooper.-

"Not again. How many times am I going to have to save your butt, vod?"

-Kneeling down he hoisted Trigger up he moved over to a nearby cave before setting him down. Pulling off the armor peaces he quickly pulled out his medical kit and went to work placing some bacta on the wound and then quickly bandaging it up. Pulling out a blanket he removed Trigger's helmet and covered the trooper up to give him warmth.-

"That should hold until we get back to base."

-Sitting down against the wall of the cave he waited. The snow blizzard seemed to catch up which would take time. However, time was all they had and at this moment they had to wait to see what would happen?-

{Grizzly}

Turning his massively built body around Grizzly grunted after he punched the door. With Gore inside, he, a human tank would be in charge of Ronok's forces.

"That would be me General Kote"

Moving his hands in Military motion Alpha and the Daggers moved into a formation Ronok liked to call 'Welcoming Party'. Looking back he nodded to the Jedi General waiting for further instructions. Grizzly followed orders without fail, and he got around quick too, even with his massive build.

Picking up the large gattling gun with ease, Grizzly walked into Formation ready for combat. His eyes narrowing, his bandana fluttering in the wind.

"Hold until we can see the targets. Then do what we do best"

"Give them hell!"

{Gore}

Walking through the Speeder Bay Gore was constantly looking for movement. Throwing his helmet off he let his eyes adjust to the darkness. Movement from his right! Drawing his blaster pistol he fored one precise shot at the head of the creature killing it.

"Ugly bugger aren't you?"

looking at the thing it 'played dead', unknown to Gore as he poked it. Suddenly the beast swiftly attacked and latched its jaws around Gore's forearm! Screaming loudly he punched it repeatedly. Drawing his knife he shuved it into the head of it, blood spurting everywhere.

Grunting and spitting out the blood he lets the creature drop. But roars come from within the base itself. Groaning, the Republic Major raises his blaster rifle with one arm. He has more things to worry about than a bleeding arm.

{Trigger}

Thrashing about, his wound began to get infected and unfortunately for Trigger it meant that his life was slowly, slowly draining away. But the worst part is now he is awake! Screaming in agony the pain felt like his prgans were melting, his fever getting high sweat starting to drip off his face.

"Tor. If I don't make it-"

Cutting himself off Trigger coughs loudly. His strength is limited, they had been in the cave for a while. But stage two of the infection was taking place and Trigger knew it.

"Now, if I don't...You take care of Faith for me. And keep that bugger Flash in check"

Laughing slightly at his last comment his coughed loudly again, hiding the pain from his wound he knew his time was coming to an end. It was bad enough Tuscan died and Ronok disappeared, now with Trigger on his death bed it woulf really shift moral in Ronok's soldier negatively and a great way.

{OOC - Going to get Trigger to die on this mission, but at the end though when they leave, just keep him alive until then. It will be sad and symbolic. Got the idea form a book I read}

{Vax}

-There were those times that Vax often wondered about Ronok's men. From what he could gather up about them; it seemed as though they shared somewhat of a personality to that of his former friend. As far as Vax could tell; Ronok was more like a brother to him then that of the clones back during the Clone Wars. Grizzly somewhat reminded him of the republic commando Sev in a way. And it was not simply just because of the troopers size? Spirit. Strength. Pride. They all sounded through the troops of Ronok's men and even the Wolf Fighters. Skar was a trooper that came from Aeon's Blue Hand team and had already learned enough by being with Vax.-

-However, at this moment in time Vax knew well that this mission would be no walk in the park? It seemed like several lives where on the line. The lightside of the force moved through the jedi guardian. Keeping himself calm, focused, and centered was all that he needed. However, a darker presence seemed to mask through the whitness of this icicle planet.-

"Stand firm boys."

-If what he read about was true then the beings that inhabited this world probably did not wish to fight. Fighting was always a last resort when it came to being a jedi. Vax held confidence that Trigger and Torque would be fine? But the question remained of if the natives would actually attack them.-

{Torque}

"Now don't you say that Trig?"

-In the small amount of time that Torque followed Ronok to Osuss; he had come into close relations with the trooper captain even though they were from completely different units. He saw Trigger more as a brother then most of his own family back were he grew up. Joining the military was in fact a life or death scenario and many things could happen. Death was even possible. But that was one thing that Torque did not want to see happen to a close friend.-

"Keep a positive attitude. Death is only second nature."

-Standing up Torque pulled out another needle of bacta. Approaching Trigger he kneeled down pulling the blanket off of him. Lower down the neck seal he pushed the bacta needle into his flesh and pumped a few more doses of bacta into Trigger's system. Standing back up he placed the bacta back into the medical kit.-

"I will put my own life on the line just to keep you safe."

((ooc- Awwwwwwwww and I was starting to like Trigger too. Why do you have to kill him. I'm going to send you a PM soon about something that came up. Watch for it.))

{Grizzly}

This wasn't good, the blizzard was dying... He wanted it for cover and to use it to his advantage. Kanine was already up top setting himself up with a few of Vax's best snipers.

"Kanine when you have a shot take it. See if Vax's men can keep up with one of the New Republic's finest"

Turning to Vax he smiled, Kanine was renown in the Republic for being one of the best Snipers, Ronok was lucky to find him looking for work when he did. And since he has been cruising with Ronok he has had more than enough action.

"You're in for a show General, you will see how the Renegades work. In style. When in range shoot al hostiles. Short controlled bursts"

Then it happened, the Talz arrived, and in great numbers. But there was something abvout them, there was no formation, and from what Grizzly read the Talz were very proficient in formation.

They seemed almost feral, insane. And the large man could only think of one who could do this. His eyes staring straight ahead.

"Visciouz..."

{Gore}

Shooting in controlled shots he was able to get rid of atleast ten before running out of ammo on a clip. But he was losing much blood and was having no time to patch himself up.

"Why can't you give me a break?"

The Republic Major was getting tired, and dizzy but he can't give up now. But the creatures seemed to be a swarm, there seemed no end to them. As a clip of ammo fell he threw a detonator, as he threw it he reloaded, and with a precise shot he shot the detonator. It exploded killing about fiver of them, then the continued barrage of shooting again started.

{Kanine}

It was a minute but I was able to set my sniper. turning knobs on the scope I judge the length, wind speed and degrees of target. My main goal? Take out the leader.

"Cut the head of the snake, the body will die"

With a single shot I fired a blue blast camoflauged by the snow at the from of the charge making them flinch a bit. This would give Grizzly, and the rest of my fellow soldiers, the Wolf Fighters a chance to lock and load.

Seeing the Jedi General below I wait for him to move before I shot again. Looking either side of me I see the faces of the rookiee snipers.

"Steady hands boys. Hold your breath before you shoot. Close opposite eye. Sqeeze trigger, don't pull"

[Vax Kote™]

{Vax}

-Vax crossed his arms; the powder fresh snow and cold winds from the blizzard slowed down. The jedi guardian's worry for Trigger and Torque seemed to simmer down a bit. ARF troopers were trained in the most extreme conditions and this included that of icy worlds like Orto Plutonia. Lowering the goggles down in front of his eyes and lifting the face shield up - to prevent chap lips - he kept a firm stare out into the distance. The troopers stood firm of the howling wind moving by. In the distance a dark shadow of several figures slowly approached. Vax's suspecions had come to pass.... they were Talz? With no hint of formation the jedi guardian knew this would a fight that would possibly be coming fron Visciouz. And if Vax's senses were right then Visciouz was close. The force could tell him as much?-

-His arms quickly dropped down to his sides where his two lightsaber hilts hung. With gloves covering both of his hands his gaze remained firm as the republic troops stacked up arms and got behind some cover. Captain Skar and Grizzly moved up next to the jedi guardian waiting for orders. From what the guardian could gather from his fadding memory; the Talz allowed republic troops along with the pantoran natives to leave a safe passage from this world. However, this was different. Visciouz was in control now and this had to be stopped. The creatures moved forward riding creatures and carrying wooden stickes with arrow heads at the end.-

"Looks like we have no other choice but to fight, general."

-Came the voice of Captain Skar.-

"You're in for a show General, you will see how the Renegades work. In style. When in range shoot al hostiles. Short controlled bursts"

-Coming in fast one creature through his har stick with force. It soared through the air catching on of the rookie snipers off guard and striking him in the back. Turning back to where Kanine and two more of the Wolf Fighter snipers were he looked back forward.-

"Looks like we have no other choice but to fight. However, I doubt these creatures want to do such a thing. From experience with the Talz; I know they would not attack out of the blue unless they felt threatened."

{Sprocket}

-The young lieutenant rookie sniper was finally going to get his chance in showing what firing a DC-15X sniper rifle was really all about. Taking up position next to Kanine he listened into what the vetran had to say. Apparently, he had much skill in hunting and assassination attempts to wield such a weapon with percision. Firing off the first round Kanine pierced through one of the creatures that one of the Talz was riding causing it to through its rider off.-

"Cut the head of the snake, the body will die"

-Interesting words to say to the rookie troops. Sprocket loved it. Spoken from the heart as a hunter. Lifting his sniper rifle up he prepared himself loading in a clip of ammo. Covered by the snow he adjusted in looking into the scope of the sniper rifle. Before he could get off a single shot the vetran trooper spoke again.-

"Steady hands boys. Hold your breath before you shoot. Close opposite eye. Sqeeze trigger, don't pull"

-With more snow pilling onto the rookie lieutenant he adjusted the nobs on his sniper rifle once more. Listening in closely to Kanine's words it felt like he was going through training again. Moving up close he caught sight of one of the talz charging forward toward one of the troopers on the ground. Closing his opposite eye he took a calm breath and held it in before squeezing the trigger sending off a single blue strand hitting the creature in the leg causing him to fall to the ground injured.-

"Not on my watch."

{Torque}

-It felt like hours to wait for a simple snow storm to blow over. However, it was on fourty-five minutes of wait time. As the howling wind seemed to calm down Torque rouse to his feet. Gripping a hold of his standard issued DC-15S blaster rifle he went to check outside for enemies. Lifting his blaster up right he looked around the area. Snow continued to fall but not as heavily as when the storm was brewing. Turning around he walked back inside the cave holstering the weapon on his back.-

"Everything appears safe outside. Why don't we go and try to find some help for you, Trig?"

-Stepping over he picked his helmet up placing it back on Trigger's head. Pulling the blanket off he stuffed it back in his back pack before hoisting the trooper up by his good arm.-

"Easy does my friend. Don't rush. Take it slow?"

-Guiding Trigger; he allowed his friend to place his own weight against himself (Trigger's weight against Torque). Slowly moving out into the open they made a slow pace walk away from where the republic base was in hopes of finding someone who would be willing to help them out in this situation?-

[Aeon Kensho™]

(After a meeting with the Talz on this world the dark lord had successful decieved them into becoming an ally of the Sith-While unknowingly. Convincing the Talz Chief of the Republic malcontent wasn't too difficult for a master of deception and half truth lies. The way to make a lie believable was to have some element of truth to it. Standing with his arms cross in her long black sleeves her hood hanging over her head.)

(Shrouded in the Darkside Visciouz was able to keep her presence hidden for the time being. After a short speeder ride on her FC-20 speeder bike. Stopping in the speeder bay Visciouz kills the bike and hops off. Walking deeper into the bay Visciouz follows the carnage and death feeding on it. Igniting her red lightsaber as she see the traitor Gore. Instead of killing him she opts to use him. But using the truth against him.)

"Well if it isn't the traitor Gore! Your Jedi General has defected to the Sith. Perhaps you are wise enough to rejoin the winning team. If you haven't noticed we are beating the Republic forces everywhere we meet. Be wise and consider this. Or I would be happy to end all of you!"

(The bottom half of the dark lord's tattoo covered face reveals a grin. It was clear she was confident she could wipe this force out in it's weakened state. Her long black robes hang off of her curvy body. The steady hum of her crimson blade held at her side pointed down at a 45 degree angle.)

{Gore}

The sound of a lightsaber echoed in the halls, but the Major recognized that particular sound anywhere. It had been a while since he last saw Visciouz, but back then he was still loyal to the Sith and he himself was a Commando, one of the best he was told by his peers.

"Even if by chance I believed you about Ronok, I would never join you. I have waited for this moment, trained in harsh conditions"

Unsheathing his serated vibrosword given to him when he was a Sith, he kept it a reminder of his past. Resting it against a speeder, Gore took his chest plate off, soon followed by his thermal top. After he removed his torso clothing, even his gauntlets, Gore took up his sword looking into the eyes of his former Lord.

"Whenever you are ready"

{Grizzly}

Shooting crazily, Grizzly shot the Talz that kept coming, getting tired of games he jumped over the cover and ran into the middle crushing skulls beneath his feet and breaking necks where he could.

"Whenever you want to join me General!"

Bringing both his hands together Grizzly slammed his weight and strength into the top of the skull of one of the Talz. Crushing the spinal chord, neck, and partially the brain to some extent. Grizzly was moving fast, and with passion. He loved a good fight.

"Oh please!"

(Quickly deactivating her saber Visciouz blasts two handed lightning at Gore. While Sith commando's were taught to resist a Jedi's powers, The Darkside was different. Force lightning was a fierce power. Opening a wide arc it would be nearly impossible for a non force sensitive to dogge without a lightsaber or Force jump or speed. Extending her left hand Visciouz extends Force grip to Gore throat even if her was knocked down. Igniting her saber as she neared Visciouz would allow him to get up.)

"I have waiting a long time for this moment Commando Gore! Your defection will only serve as a death certificate. The Jedi, the Republic, and all of your comrades will fall. Then the galaxy shall be ruled by the Sith once more!"

Pointing her saber at Gore Visciouz was going to saver willing Gore. Then she would use his death to break Angelus's ties to the man. Once he was dead Angelus would be closer to the Darkside.)

{Vax}

-The thin was Vax did not want to fight off against the talz. As far as Vax was concerned; Visciouz was simply putting upon these creatures that the republic was planning something terrible and it was their job to stop them before anymore harm actually fell upon the planet. There was no choice in the matter to actually fight off against these creatures as they were confused and mis-guided. Closing his eyes for a brief moment Vax's hand twitched at the even sign of pulling out one of his lightsabers. Looking down small memories of an encounter with the talz flashed into his mind.-

There is no reason for this.

"Is everything alright, general?"

-Skar's deep concern for the jedi weapon's master moved over causing the trooper captain to actually stop firing on the enemy. His focus actually was placed on Vax for the time being. And from simple experience with the weapon master; Skar could tell that when the general did not charge into a fight that something was wrong. Skar's gaze actually moved over to Grizzly who continued to pop feathers at the approaching talz.-

-Sooner or later Vax's eyes shot open and a strong sensation in the force. A strong disturbance in the force was actually tugging at him. A strong feeling the darkside of the force. Taking a gradual step back he looked back at the base to which that Gore had entered in alone. He could sense Visciouz's dark aura and Gore as well in there.-

Visciouz.....

-Letting out a calm breath of air Vax turned back to Grizzly and Skar who continued to hold their own along with the many men of the trooper team fighting against the talz. Visciouz was a threat that had to be eliminated and it was Vax's job to perform such a task. Letting out a sigh he looked back at Skar and Grizzly.-

"Grizzly......Skar can you handle this mayhem?"

"Without a doubt sir."

((Gore's response))

"I'm going back into the base, Visciouz is there with Gore and I am going to put a stop to the suffering she has caused everyone."

{Torque}

"Keep it together Trigger."

-The fresh powder of snow continued to fall. It actually felt like it was getting colder in this frozen wasteland. Lucky for both of these troopers; they had the thermal gear on to actually keep them alive. Their helmets offered more protection from frost bite and freezing to death. Luck had to be on their side. Torque knew well that they would find someone that would give them a hand. It was only a matter of time until they did.-

[Darth Angelus™]

{Gore}

Trained in absolute combat, Gore was only a second ahead of the Sith Lord, Kicking up a metal pole form the ground he let it float in the air as the lightning caught it and shot out either end. The pole dropped safely to the ground.

But he didn't see the force choke coming, lifted into he air Gore held his throat slowly being suffocated. Using an old technique hardly used in the Sith Fleet anymore.

Bringing his heart beat as low as humanly possible he relaxed his muscles, not replying to the threats of Visciouz. A old technique indeed, and masked very well with the force choke, you would have to thoroughly check to be sure he wasn't playing a trick.

No thoughts in his head, no plans, just an empty space. Impossible? No. The first time Gore had ever used the trick in the career. Would it pay off? He would find out soon ebough as he heard Visciouz approaching slowly.

{Grizzly}

"Sure thing General, Skar? Would you like to join me?"

Swing in with a right hook punch Grizzly hit the side of the Talz's head, looking down at it he slammed his foot down crushing the skull un his huge foot.

But he was overwhelmed by a beast! Holding the jaws with hiis hands hardly managing to keep it away the large man slams his knee into the belly of the beast. Taking out a Vibrodagger, an evil smile slowly stretches across his face, unknown to him that a Talz was slowly moving behind him knife ready to kill him.

{Trigger}

Barely keeping it together, Trigger coughed yet again, but this time some blood came up. HIs fear has been realized, he has internal bleeding. He must be treated soon, looking to Torque, Trigger's hands met his friend's shoulderpad.

"Go find help. Come back here. I'm not going anywhere any time soon"

His last words before he fainted, Torque would have to act fast now, Trigger spotted a small settlement only a few minutes away, if Torque can get the medical supplies, Trigger will live to fight another day.

{The Kid}

New to the Republican Army, the boy known as 'The Kid', watched General Kote leave. Letting him go he takes out his pump action weapon ready to take the enemy out. Though not entirely 'green', he could put up a decent fight. Walking into the midst of the action he shot down the Talz as they came.

"You want some? Oh yout too?"

Continuing his rant as he shot at least ten Talz down. One of Alpha Squad, a replacement for Tuscan. But he didn't get far when a Talz slammed a knife into his back. The Kid watched the blade come through his front, blood trickling down his torso.

Looking around, he saw Commander Rean and Thatcher noth hit with an arrow in the chest, their lifeless bodies falling to the ground, Alpha was all but dead, only Trigger, Faith, and is cousin Flash remained.

Looking to Skar he saluted him as a Talz ran at the boy, Activating an explosive the slim boy held the Talz down as he held the explosive. Closing his eyes he remembers his fiance.

Then it all went white. An explosion caused nearby Talz flying a bit as the boy and the Talz were burned into charcoal, his tags lying on the snow. The Republic symbol on the back of both tags, the chain stained with the blood coloured the snow a bit, a red circle three metres in radius had its own small crater, pools of red water and body parts at the bottom.

(Gore was on the ground just as he would rise to his feet Visciouz swings low in at Gore's upper thighs in a quick horizontal swing. If Gore blocked this which Visciouz anticipated. She would push all her might into the induced saber lock would be her response pushing in hitting Gore in the chest with her hilt. This would hopefully push him back.)

(Taking two quick steps in Visciouz swings her saber in a counter clockwise windmill swing the saber travels a full 360 degrees in front of her body. Using both hands Visciouz spins the saber in a quick blur. The saber's pitch huns higher with the sheer speed of the manuever. This swing would hopefully cut off Gore's hand holding his sword. Possibly both hands if he was holding the sword with two hands.)

(The Darkside was with Visciouz. Clouding the air and sapping the man's will to fight. Force corruption filled the air like a thick fog. Sensing a familiar Force signature approaching Visciouz turns with her saber still activated the red blade hisses as she turns. Her saber flows out to her side with the spin her arm extending away from her body. Her long black Sith robe flows out with the turn. A fluid flow of movement Visciouz was on her game. She had only grown stronger since their last encounter. The Jedi battle master would enter at any moment. A snarl is released displaying the hatred for this particular Jedi.)

"Master Kote. We meet again. You survived it would seem. You know what they say-"If you want something done right, You have to do it yourself!"
